The role in brief

As a recruiter with us, you will work with the entire chain – from the first customer contact to signed agreement and filled position. You will be a key player in strengthening our clients' competitiveness with the right competence.

You will, among other things:

  • build and develop client relationships and create new business

  • drive recruitment processes for senior profiles (specialists, managers, key roles)

  • work proactively with search/headhunting and create candidate pipelines

  • maintain high quality in requirement profiles, selection, interviews, reference checks, and matching

  • be an advisory partner to the client in everything from competence needs to market conditions

We believe you have

  • experience in recruitment, search, consulting/staffing industry, or B2B sales (you can come from different backgrounds)

  • experience communicating professionally with senior candidates and decision-makers

  • good structure and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously

  • fluent Swedish and good English
